Carrying the Chrisland Legacy Forward
Idara Essien, inspired by his sister Eno Essien, embarked on a journey that led him to follow in her footsteps to Chrisland College. During his time at CCI, Idara's prowess on the football field shone bright as a member of the victorious football team, which triumphed in numerous tournaments.
After graduating from Chrisland College Idimu in 1999, Idara furthered his education at Igbinedion University, Okada, Edo State, where he pursued a degree in Business Administration. Today, Idara Essien holds the position of an accomplished Customs Officer with the Nigerian Customs Services. He firmly believes that his own success, as well as that of his sister, is a testament to the profound impact and influence of Chrisland Schools in shaping their lives. Idara recently had the privilege of visiting his alma mater with his son, and the experience filled him with an overwhelming sense of pride. Reflecting on the visit, he nostalgically shared, "Standing on the grounds of my alma mater with my son, I felt an immense sense of pride...
