Chrisland College exists to provide excellence in all facets of learning, ensuring outstanding professional teaching and classroom motivation, in order to attain a commendable level of scholastic and academic achievement. Through our curriculum, we aim to develop the full potential of each learner as a citizen of a dynamic world. At the end of the day, we hope to produce a life-long learner who is compassionate, confident, independent, literate and multi-skilled. A critical learner that has respect for the environment and is able to make a desirable impact on the society. At Chrisland College, we value our learners and in return expect them to uphold the mission and vision of Chrisland.

The strategic focus for Chrisland College, Idimu is:

• Developing the level of human capital (via knowledge, sills and attitude training) of teachers and students
• Managing the quality of the teaching and learning programmes in the schools

To meet the requirements of being a world-class institution, Chrisland Educational Organization has developed the following model (based on 5 criteria) to evaluate the level of quality and academic excellence in the College.

Regarding the latter, the achievement of Chrisland College cannot be overemphasized.
Academically, the students have recorded a 100% pass in the last four years in SSC Examinations. Awards have also been won in co-curricular activities within and outside Lagos and the college is well known to have won awards in sporting activities.

On the 21st November, 2007 Chrisland Educational Organization was presented with the West African Quality Management Award for best Private Organization in West Africa by the Quality Management Development Institute of Nigeria.
